The museum applies permanent free entry to several profiles. The following get in free, on presenting the documentation that proves it:
- Under-18s.
- Students aged 18 to 25 (with a valid student card).
- Over-65s.
- Unemployed people.
- People with a disability and their companion.
In every case you must show the document proving your status together with your ID card or passport. The check is done at the museum box office, so it is best to have the documentation to hand.

The general ticket costs €12, the same price at the box office and online. In addition, a 50% reduced ticket applies to certain groups:
- Cultural volunteers.

Regardless of profile, the museum offers free access for all during specific slots: Monday and Wednesday to Saturday from 19:00 to 21:00, and Sundays from 12:30 to 14:30.
